How long is a show?Our shows are approximately 2 hours long which includes a short interval break in between.

What time should I arrive?We highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the indicated show start time. This is also approximately the time when our doors open for guests to be seated. Our shows start on time barring any unavoidable circumstances.

Where can I park my vehicle?Parking spots are available typically in the immediate vicinity but will vary slightly in position for each venue. If you require clarification, do get in touch with our Ticket Office at 0194188553 for assistance on this.

Is there air-conditioning?Yes, our performance tent a.k.a the Big Top is fully air-conditioned.

Are there animals performing in the show?No animals are involved in any of our shows or productions. Only pure awesome human talent!

Can I bring food/drinks into the show?Outside food/drinks are not allowed. However, we do have a Snacks Bar inside selling light refreshments (drinks, popcorn, fries, hotdog, etc) where payments are CASH only.

Are cameras allowed?Yes, you can take photos or record videos for personal non-commercial use to capture the experience with your loved ones. However, don’t forget to put your devices down and truly enjoy the show through your own eyes! Flash, tripods and other such equipment are not permitted in order to not cause distraction to our artists performing and to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests. We welcome you to share your photos and videos in a non-commercial capacity such as on your social media accounts (don’t forget to tag us!) but we do also ask to please leave plenty to the imagination for those who haven’t watched a show yet.

Are there toilet facilities?Toilet facilities are available but will vary depending on the venue. We will either have toilet facilities in the venue compound itself or there will be toilet facilities located very nearby outside the compound. Do get in touch with our Ticket Office (0194188553) for more information on each particular venue.

Are there facilities for Disabled / Wheelchair bound audience?We can typically accommodate disabled audiences / wheelchairs but every venue is slightly different and requires varying arrangements. Do get in touch with our Ticket Office at 0194188553 beforehand for assistance on this. Disabled persons (w/ valid OKU Document) are eligible for Free Entry. This can be booked at the specific venue Ticket Office only and will require advanced notice (preferably 2 working days before attending a show) as we may need to make certain preparations beforehand to accommodate.

Can I buy tickets offline or at the venue?Yes, you can buy tickets at our Ticket Office located at the respective venues during the dates we have performances. However, we highly recommend booking your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment as the number of tickets available are limited.

Can I cancel or change my tickets to a different show time/date?Tickets purchased are non-refundable. If you are not able to make it, we recommend passing on your tickets to other family/friends to enjoy. If you would like to change your tickets to a different time/date, please contact our Ticket Office for assistance. The preferred method would be to leave a WhatsApp message at 0194188553 with a change request. You can also call or show up in person at the Ticket Office. Do note that any change requests are subject to our Ticket Terms & Conditions which are available in full here. (Important Highlights): - Any change requests must be made 48 hours before the start of the event you initially booked and is subject to availability - A surcharge of 20% will be applied and new tickets will be charged at full price (no existing promotions/discounts will be carried forward)

Are the seats numbered?There are no numbered seating; only different seat type (sections). We have a free seating arrangement according to the seat type purchased where guests are seated on a first come first served basis hence we highly recommend arriving early for a better selection of available seats. Sitting together as a group is possible but subject to seat availability.

Are children below 3 years of age allowed?Yes! In fact, children who are 2 years and below (by birth year) are eligible for Free Entry but without ticket/seating. They will need to be seated on an accompanying adult’s lap as prams/trolleys are not permitted in the seating areas and must be parked at the entrance. Do take note that sound levels can be loud for babies and very young children during the show.

Do you have discount tickets for Senior Citizens?Senior Citizens (61 years old onwards by birth year) are eligible for Children ticket prices. This can be booked at the specific venue Ticket Office only with valid identification.
